Dr. Edward Rusher
Dr. Edward Rusher operates a chiropractic wellness practice in Manchester, New Hampshire. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of the Health Sciences in 1991, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Human Biology from Mars Hill College in North Carolina. Dr. Rusher has practiced in Manchester, New Hampshire for 18 years and is the founder, owner and president of Amoskeag Chiropractic, Inc., Seabrook Chiropractic and Wellness Center, LLC., Merrimack Family Chiropractic, LLC. and Amherst Family Chiropractic Wellness Center, LLC. Dr. Rusher emphasizes spinal corrective and wellness care for the entire family as it relates to whole health and well being. He is a well known key note lecturer throughout the U.S. on areas of effectiveness of the chiropractic adjustment, nutrition and genetic compatibility with today’s lifestyle. Dr. Rusher is an active member of the International Chiropractic Association, Council member of the Council of Wellness Science ICA and a member of the NH State Chiropractic Society. He has also has been recently indoctrinated into the prestigious fraternal order of The Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table. He holds certifications in Acupuncture, Chiropractic Biophysics (spinal corrective technique) and he recently completed a program leading to his ICA certification as Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner. |

Dr. Timothy J. Troy
Dr. Timothy J Troy began practicing at Amoskeag Chiropractic in June of 2008. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in 2006, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Assumption College in Worcester, MA. Dr. Troy participated in the Sports Science and Human Performance Club at NYCC where he treated NCAA Division 1 Track and Field athletes both before and after competition. Dr. Troy uses his experience as a personal trainer to give patients a well rounded approach to optimal health and wellness through chiropractic. Dr. Troy has practiced chiropractic in Southern New Hampshire since 2006. Dr. Troy is an active member in the chiropractic community and belongs to many professional associations including the International Chiropractic Association. Dr. Troy lives in southern New Hampshire with his wife, Danielle, and their children Jackson, Genevieve and Liam. Both Dr. Troy and his wife are natives of this area. |
Dr. Alissa Boutilier

Dr. Alissa Boutilier obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University College of Chiropractic, earning cum laude distinction. She was also the recipient of the Life University’s Learning Theory/Critical Thinking core proficiency as elected by the faculty at the University. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College in Biology. She has completed hundreds of hours of specialty training pertaining to prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care and is certified in Pediatrics through the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P.) Dr. Boutilier is also certified in the Webster technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that is exclusively for pregnant women with a baby in the breech or transverse-lie position. Her contribution to furthering chiropractic research has resulted in one of her cases being published in the Journal of Pediatric, Maternal & Family Health – Chiropractic. Dr. Boutilier is an active member of the ICPA (Internaltion Chiropractic Pediatric Association) and the ICA (International Chiropractic Association) and her mission is to educate and adjust as many families as possible toward optimal health through natural chiropractic care. Today she maximizes her own son’s health naturally with chiropractic.
